His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, inaugurated the fourth edition of the Future Real Estate Forum in Riyadh. Additionally, the Real Estate Contributions Law and its regulations—alongside the Off-Plan Real Estate Projects Sale and Lease Law and its related enforcement and penalties framework—have collectively contributed to significant market growth. In the past year alone, (192) licenses were issued for projects with a total value exceeding SAR (147 billion), equivalent to approximately USD (39.2 billion). Minister Al-Hogail added that the Future Real Estate Forum offers a global platform for advancing the real estate sector and enhancing quality of life through the development of sustainable, integrated cities that provide municipal and housing services aligned with the aspirations of all residents of the Kingdom. في إطار الاستعدادات لانعقاد منتدى مستقبل العقار في نسخته الخامسة خلال مايو 2025، وضمن جهود استقطاب أبرز القيادات والشخصيات العالمية للمشاركة في أعمال المنتدى، عقد مسؤولو المنتدى خلال جولتهم الدولية لقاءً مشتركًا في لندن مع البارونة تيريزا ماي، رئيسة وزراء المملكة المتحدة سابقًا وعضو مجلس اللوردات البريطاني، حيث تم توقيع شراكة رسمية بين الطرفين تتعلق بالمشاركة في أعمال المنتدى القادم. توقيع الشراكة واستعراض فرص التعاون وقّعت الاتفاقية عن المنتدى الأستاذة ريم الحربي، الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في منتدى مستقبل العقار، وتم خلال اللقاء مع البارونة تيريزا ماي استعراض فرص التعاون وآليات مشاركتها المثلى ضمن فعاليات المنتدى، كونها إحدى الشخصيات العالمية المؤثرة القادرة على إثراء النقاشات العقارية وتبادل الخبرات الدولية، خاصة في ظل ما تشهده بيئة العقار السعودية من تحولات نوعية أسهمت في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية وتعزيز الفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة بمختلف مناطق المملكة. تعزيز الشراكات الاستراتيجية ومشاركة واسعة وتُعد هذه الشراكة جزءًا من استراتيجية المنتدى في تعزيز التعاون الدولي وتوسيع نطاق الشراكات، حيث ستشهد منصة المنتدى في نسخته الخامسة مشاركة نحو 300 متحدث من الخبراء المحليين والدوليين في مجالات العقار، الاستثمار، والاستشارات، يمثلون أكثر من 140 دولة. كما تتزامن أعمال المنتدى مع تطبيق نظام تملك الأجانب للعقار المحدّث في يوليو 2025، والمقرر دخوله حيز التنفيذ في يناير 2026، وهو أحد أهم الأنظمة المحفزة على الاستثمار العقاري الأجنبي داخل المملكة. إشادة عالمية ونجاحات متواصلة من جانبه، أوضح الأستاذ عبد الله الحربي، الرئيس التنفيذي لمنتدى مستقبل العقار ورئيس مكتب الاتحاد الدولي للعقار (FIABCI) بالمملكة، أن الإقبال الكبير على المشاركة من قبل القيادات العالمية والشخصيات المؤثرة يعكس النجاح الذي حققه المنتدى في دوراته السابقة، مؤكدًا أن المنتدى بات يحظى باهتمام دولي واسع لما يقدمه من نقاشات ورؤى نوعية حول مستقبل القطاع العقاري. كما رحب الحربي بمشاركة رئيسة وزراء بريطانيا السابقة، معتبرًا أن حضورها يمثل إضافة نوعية تمنح المنتدى بعدًا إقليميًا وعالميًا، وترسخه ضمن قائمة أبرز المنتديات العقارية على مستوى العالم. النسخة الخامسة تحت شعار “آفاق تتسع، وعقارات تزدهر” وأشار المنتدى إلى أن التحضيرات النهائية للنسخة الخامسة شارفت على الانتهاء، استعدادًا لانطلاقها خلال الفترة من 26 إلى 28 يناير 2026، برعاية معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، تحت شعار “آفاق تتسع، وعقارات تزدهر”. ومن المتوقع أن تشهد النسخة المقبلة زخمًا كبيرًا في المشاركات المحلية والعالمية من الشخصيات والجهات والكيانات العقارية من داخل وخارج المملكة. محاور المنتدى ومعرض عقاري مصاحب ستتناول فعاليات المنتدى عدة محاور رئيسية تشمل: التحول الرقمي في القطاع العقاري، الاقتصادات الحضرية المرنة، التحول في صناعة العقار، الذكاء الاصطناعي والواقع الافتراضي، التخطيط الحضري، وكفاءة صناعة العقار. كما سيقام معرض عقاري مصاحب يُعرض فيه أحدث التقنيات والحلول والمنتجات العقارية، إضافة إلى توقيع مذكرات تفاهم وتحالفات وشراكات استراتيجية تهدف إلى تعزيز التنمية العقارية وتبادل الخبرات بين المشاركين.
